The Office of Fair Trading issue Debt Management Companies a Consumer Credit Licence (CCL).  Prior to the CCL application acceptance, Think Financial Solutions underwent a detailed assessment process to which we were successful first time around in relation to our application to operate Debt Adjusting/Counselling on a commercial basis.

Think Financial Solutions is committed to observing the full guidance issued by the OFT and the Information Commissioners Office.

Unlike your normal Debt Management Organisation, you will see that we are also registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA).  This is because in addition to Debt Solutions, we offer regulated Mortgage & Insurance products which the FSA govern. Being registered with the FSA shows a far greater understanding of financial regulation and responsibility to know our customers and treat them fairly.
